FORT ASHBY — Mountainside Home Realty, a locally owned independent real estate company, is opening its second location in Fort Ashby, West Virginia.
Created by broker/owner Ally Litten, the brokerage offers residential and commercial real estate services in Maryland and West Virginia. The office consists of Litten and five agents- Deneea Casteel, Joyanna Ellsworth, Jordan Wilson, Megan Alt and Shauntay Weisenmiller.
“We are excited to announce our new location in Fort Ashby. This satellite office will add a level of convenience to our Mineral and Hampshire County clients,” Litten said in making her announcement.
Located at 24 Presidents Street, the brokerage sits in the middle of town and operates out of the Mind, Body, Beauty building.
“Fort Ashby is a special place for my family. My mom and grandparents are from this area. I am so excited to contribute to the community and make our mark in the Potomac Highlands,” Litten said.
The new office will be celebrated with the Chamber of Commerce on September 22 at 11am. Light refreshments will be provided.
