Founded in 2021 by Cumberland native, Ally Litten, Mountainside Home Realty is a 100% locally owned company that specializes in high-quality marketing, customer service and understands the specific needs of the Allegany, Garrett, Mineral and Hampshire County markets.

“When I graduated from WVU and came back home, I fell in love with Western Maryland all over again,” said Litten. “I saw an opportunity to create a business and build a brand that will truly benefit the buyers and sellers of our local area.”

Mountainside Home Realty is located at 1 Washington, the first building on historic Washington Street.
