My name is Allyson Litten and I am the Broker/Owner of Mountainside Home Realty. I earned a Bachelors Degree in Strategic Communications from West Virginia University and have been a top producer in Allegany and Mineral Counties since 2017. As an Allegany County native, I felt compelled to come back home. I live near the Downtown Cumberland Historic District with my husband, our two daughters and four animals. I stay very active in our local community. I sit on the City of Cumberland Planning and Zoning Commission, the Washington Street Association board and am involved other community endeavors.

In 2021, I decided to pursue my passion- opening up a completely local real estate company. Mountainside Home Realty is more than just a business to me. It is my dream. We are a 100% locally-owned company and we pride ourselves on treating clients like family and offering custom, high-quality, professional real estate marketing plans for our clients.
