Wow! The end of March and the beginning of April have been crazy here in the Western Maryland and West Virginia real estate market.

What does this mean?

Since our March update, inventory has continue to drop and the amount of under contract and SOLD homes are up. Listings are coming up everyday but flying off the shelves! This tells us that there are plenty of pre-qualified buyers looking to take advantage of the current interest rates before they go up again. We are also seeing an increase in purchase prices as well!

The market is strong and if you have been thinking about selling, this is a great opportunity.
